We have photographed at every well known wedding venue on Nantucket, as well as many beautiful private homes and beaches. Below are the most popular wedding locations. Be sure to inquire with a wedding planner about other hidden gems.

First Congregational Church

The First Congregational Church is a beautiful church for a big wedding. It is located on Centre St, conveniently close to downtown and reception venues such as the Nantucket Yacht Club, the Whaling Museum and The White Elephant.

The Chanticleer

The Chanticleer is the quintessential 'Sconset restaurant. It's amazing food and lush gardens are ideal for an intimate ceremony and reception.

The Great Harbor Yacht Club

The Great Harbor Yacht Club's location right on the Harbor lends to a picturesque outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour location. It's nautically decorated interior is a sailor's dream for a dinner reception and dancing.

Nantucket Golf Club

The exclusive Nantucket Golf Club provides spectacular service and an amazing view for its lucky couples.

The Nantucket Yacht Club

Located right downtown, the Nantucket Yacht Club has many options for small and large wedding ceremonies and receptions with its Harbor view and rich history.

Sankaty Golf Club

The Sankaty Golf Club is more than just for golfers. An outdoor ceremony with views of the Sankaty Lighthouse and the greens is a unique site on the island. With ample room for a large reception indoors or out, a perfect location perched on a hill to see the sunset, the Golf Club is a lovely wedding venue.

Siasconset Casino

Located in a quiet part of the island and founded in 1899, the 'Sconset Casino is one of the oldest venues on Nantucket. This amazing building lends itself to big receptions while the courtyard is also big enough to tent in your cocktail hour. The stage is ideal for a big band with a great dance floor below.

Siasconset Chapel

The 'Sconset Chapel is one of the most quaint and picture perfect churches on Nantucket. With it's traditional cedar siding and hydrangea gardens, it's loaded with charm. This church is best for smaller, intimate weddings.

The Galley Beach

The Galley is known for it's fine food and drinks, amazing water and sunset views and exceptional service. Class and charm is what The Galley brings to every beachside ceremony and tented reception or smaller dinner in the dining room.

Whales Watch Private Homes

The three Whales Watch houses in Tom Nevers sit on the bluff overlooking the ocean. With enough room to house your family and wedding party, this property offers a unique and quiet location for any wedding.

The Nantucket Whaling Museum

The Whaling Museum is situated right downtown. There is nothing quite like immersing yourselves in a huge part of Nantucket history. Big enough for a ceremony and reception, the museum also has an amazing view from the rooftop deck, perfect for a dinner rehearsal or after wedding brunch.

The White Elephant Hotel and Resort

The White Elephant is the ideal host for an intimate wedding in the summer, or a big event in the spring and fall. With food from on site Brant Point Grill and a harbor side backdrop, The White Elephant is a beautiful location for an outdoor ceremony and terrace or tented reception.

The Wauwinet and Topper's Restaurant

Named in TripAdvisor's Top 10 Most Romantic Hotels, and Best Overall Restaurant on Nantucket by Zagat, The Wauwinet is a truly special destination for weddings small and large. With intimate ceremonies on the beach or the Zen Deck, and large affairs renting out the entire property with a tented reception, The Wauwinet is simply top notch.

Vendors

Obviously you value creativity and professionalism or else you would not be inquiring with us. Nothing is more stressful than a bride or groom checking their watch all day to make sure everything is running on time. We want you to be happy andrelaxed on the biggest day of your life.

Our preferred vendors are based on Nantucket so that they do not risk being stuck off island on your wedding day. They know the ins and outs of the island such as what streets will be closed on Saturday, how long it will REALLY take to get from town to Sconset and the best way to get your guests there. They know which hotels offer room blocks for your family and friends, information about Nantucket’s noise ordinance, and which venues must follow it. They will not only advise you to hire their preferred vendors, but also give you sage advice on those that do not deliver a quality product.

Like the coordinators, Nantucket’s professional hair and make up stylists, florists and videographers understand our unique timelines and regulations, the lay of the land and what it takes to create a beautiful, seamlessly flowing event. While we are happy to share advice from our previous experience, we generally appreciate leaving the planning up to the experts.
