Christina & Michael had a gorgeous fall wedding at the First Congregational Church on Nantucket with a reception that followed at the Nantucket Hotel.
Fall has definitely been in the air on Nantucket lately with the crowds gone, the boat basin almost empty, and pumpkins popping up on porches. It also marks the end to our busiest wedding season ever, and what a beautiful wedding to finish with!
Christina wore a sleeved Romona Keveza gown for the black tie affair, the bridesmaids wore dark velvet which was echoed in the groomsmen’s bow ties. The couple embraced the fall palette with stunning florals from Mary Beth Ferro with deep reds and crimson, pops of yellow and golden table settings by Placesetters Nantucket. The Chocolate Rose baked an impressive tower cake decorated with intricate handmade flowers, and a fun groom’s cake, a replica of Michaels own boat. The Compaq Big Band ensured that the dance floor was filled with swinging tunes all night. Congratulations Christina & Michael on a beautiful wedding!
